Case Study – How I Ranked RF Transparent

When I first got the RF Transparent website, it wasn’t one of those “dead traffic” websites.
The site was already getting some decent traffic, but the problem was it wasn’t enough to truly bring in consistent business.

I could clearly see untapped potential. The foundation was there, but the site wasn’t optimized to capture more visibility and conversions.

So, the first step was simple: I ran a complete SEO audit.
From there, I separated the work into three buckets:

  • Technical SEO issues
  • On-page optimization
  • Off-page and content plan

Step 1: Fixing Technical SEO

No matter how good your content is, technical errors can quietly hold you back.

For RF Transparent, here’s what I tackled first:

  • Just Fixed 404 errors
  • Fixed Irrelevant Redirections
  • Added schema markup

This gave the website a clean technical base to build on.

Step 2: On-Page Optimization

Once the technical side was fixed, I shifted my focus to on-page work.

  • Meta Titles & Descriptions: Rewrote them based on target keywords and CTR best practices.
  • Product Page Optimization: This was the most important part. For eCommerce websites, product pages are everything. I:
    • Improved UX/UI
    • Optimized product descriptions properly (not just features, but real value)
    • Added FAQs for every key product page
    • Structured headings and content to match search intent

“In short: I made sure every single page was properly optimized and ready to rank”

Step 3: Off-Page & Content Strategy

After On-page fixes, I moved towards building authority and topical relevance.

  • Local Citations: Created strong citations to boost trust signals.
  • Blog Content: Started publishing relevant blogs that supported main product pages and targeted long tail keywords.

“This combination of backlinks + topical blogs slowly built authority in the niche”

Step 4: The Results

Now, SEO doesn’t work overnight. For RF Transparent, it took 9–10 months of consistent work to see real results. But when they came, they were worth it.

Here’s what happened:

Performance Comparison: Previous 6 Months vs. Last 6 Months

  • Clicks: Increased from 2.45K → 4.18K (that’s a 70.6% improvement)
  • Impressions: Increased from 170K → 353K (a 107.6% improvement)

And when we look at the last 16 months, the progress is even more clear:
Over the past 9 months (since I began working on this project), the graph shows consistent and continuous improvement.

Stats According to SEMrush:

The SEMrush reports also confirm the same trend, a steady day by day improvement in visibility and traffic.

Key Lessons from This Project

  1. Never ignore the technical issues because they silently hold your site back.
  2. For eCommerce, product page optimization is everything (descriptions, FAQs, UX/UI).
  3. Local citations + blogs build long-term authority.
  4. SEO takes patience. Real growth showed after 9–10 months, not 9–10 days.
  5. Continuous tracking and reporting (GSC, SEMrush) prove the progress to the client.

Lastly,

RF Transparent already had traffic when I joined, but with the right SEO roadmap, I doubled impressions, boosted clicks by 70%, and built long-term visibility.

And the best part?

The business now has a much stronger online presence now and consistent lead flow.

If you are running an eCommerce or service website and feel like your traffic is stuck, I can help you find untapped opportunities, just like I did for RF Transparent.
